1 CUP OF ALMOND MEAL FROM MAKING ALMOND MILK OR SOAKED ALMONDS PULSED IN FOOD PROCESSOR
1-2 STALKS OF CELERY
1 TSP DULSE FLAKES
1 TSP WHEAT FREE TAMARI
1/4 TSP DRIED DILL OR DILL SEEDS
1/2 CUP ARTICHOKE HEARTS
Pulse celery alone. Add artichoke hearts and pulse again. Add almond meal, tamari, dulse flakes and dill seeds. Pulse or stir by hand. Hey guess what? You're done. Eat in a sandwich, a wrap or roll it up into sushi like we did!
