DIRECTIONS

Pit and peel an avocado. Slice into 6 equal pieces. It's best if grilled on a veggie grilling try on a BBQ or stove top grill. No oil is required since the avocados are already fatty. You can also broil them in the oven on a baking sheet. Start building the tacos staring with the pink beet hummus, layering the avocados, radish, cilantro and topped with lime juice and black cracked pepper. For Jicama fries peel and slice raw jicama into small French fry-sized strips and sprinkle with spices like Cajun and sea salt. Lastly, feed yo'self.
