If you've been following me for a while I'm sure you know how often I frequent local farmers markets to pick up fresh produce. Literally obsessed. In the summer I actually change my work availability so I can make it to my local market at Dufferin Grove every Thursday to stock up on the goods. Market season during the winter months is a little sad and sparse in my hood, but luckily enough Wychwood Barns isn't too far out of my way. Since they have such a large indoor space they're able to keep a large majority of their vendors year round. I believe the market will be expanding and growing outdoors within the newt few weeks, so If your haven't been yet - go! You can find them at 601 Christie St. every Saturday from 8 am to 12:30 pm.
