This recipe is definitly in my top 10 favs. It's ridiculously quick and so simple to make with a short bake time. Best part? Only a handful of ingredients are required. Hope you enjoy as much as I do!
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1-2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp of salt (or less if your pb in salted)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- chocolate chips
Add all ingredients except for chocolate chips in a food processor or high speed blender. Stir in chocolate chips, portion out and bake at 350° for 14-18 mins.
